Bespoke Consultancy

Alternative to our Catering Support Service, we can also offer a Bespoke Consultancy Package to suit your needs. We use a focused approach to target specific areas within your catering operation and can provide a tailored bespoke consultancy over financial viability, service and menu development, staff reviews, full support package to assist new staff members integrating into their new role and halal monitoring.

We will work with you in a variety of ways to improve your catering operations including; menu planning and nutritional guidance, practical advice and recommendations alongside technical audits designed to help you to improve, advise, monitor and review best practice allergen compliance and management, continuous improvement: through on-going work based staff training and identify areas of improvement and enhancing your overall performance.

We can support with providing advice and guidance in recruitment and selection of employees. Are you confident that you allergen procedures are correct?

Our one-day allergen assessment package will ensure you are complying with all aspects of the Allergen Law (2014) and the new legislation in relation to Natasha’s Law (2021).

EXTERNAL CATERING PROVIDER
We can provide a full non-biased report of your kitchen. We have provided this service for many years in cases where schools have outsourced their catering provision and needed assurance that good practice and compliance is in place. On completion, we supply a full report that supports you should any concerns need to be addressed with your catering provider.
