Support and Advice
Following an initial audit an action plan will be agreed, we will work with you to facilitate the implementation of changes. This is then supported by a follow up visit . All advice is impartial and constructive, additional support is available on request.
Audits and Action Plans
This audit will cover hygiene standards, safe food practices, food safety, documentation and that the premises comply with the current legislation.. The report will highlight the areas of concern, advise support and implement any areas which need attention.
Further audits and support visits will be planned but if required some unannounced visits will be provided.

- Training and Practical Workshops
- Recommendations on Nutritional Guidelines and Menu Planning
